Extreme Customs would like to introduce to you some custom looking Zenoah 260/230 marine engine water jackets. Extreme Customs has taken the plain and boring looking Zenoah Water Jacket, or cap, and created an entirely new look. These caps will turn your everyday looking boat into the talk of the lake.

The stock black caps are dipped to remove the old anodizing and then re-anodized one of the three colors Extreme Customs has to offer. Black, Red, and Purple. The stock black anodizing that comes on the stock cap is not the quality that Extreme Customs wants before the custom artwork is etched on, so the cap is re-anodized to our exact specifications. The cap is then etched with artwork that is designed in house, or we can etch, customers, artwork into one of our caps to make it a true one of a kind water jacket. After all of the artwork is etched, the entire cap is highly polished to a mirror like shine.

Payment:
Sorry for any inconvinence, but we will no longer be taking PAYPAL. We understand that this may make it a little more troublesome to pay but it is to protect the cunsumer (You) and the seller (Extreme Customs. This by no means is creating a lack of customer service and quality of our products. Extreme Customs takes Money Orders, Bank Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks for payment. As with all personal checks the product will be held for a few days to make sute the check clears. If you have to pay with a Credit Card we are getting setup as we speak to accept credit card payments. Please be patient it is coming. Please email or call Extreme Customs to order. Have the part # of the cap you want with any options that we offer and we will take care of the rest.

There are "NO REFUNDS" for Custom Machined Parts and any Custom Artwork Designed outside of Extreme Customs, including Company Logos.

Shipping:
Extreme Customs uses USPS Priority Mail to ship out all of our items. Shipping will be calculated during the check out process.

Packaging:
All products purchased from Extreme Customs will come wrapped in a double plastic package to keep our product from any scratches to the beautyful finish. We want to make sure you get your purchase exactly like we made it PERFECT!

1 to 6 items $4.60
7 to 12 items $9.20
13 to 18 items $13.80

Shipping will not be added to any additional artwork.

International customers need to CALL or EMAIL Extreme Customs to place order.

Extreme Customs will try to provide an accurate shipping charge to our International Customers. If the shipping charge is less than what the customer paid we will send the customer an email asking what the customer would like to do. We can refund it back to the customer or apply it as credit for future purchases. If the shipping is more than quoted at check out we will pay the difference.
