Custom Caps:

The Custom Cap is a Modified "Stock" style cap that has been machined and anodized one of the three colors Extreme Customs has to offer. Black, Red, and Purple.

The Modifications include:
Additional internal machineing to add more volume.
Relocation of the inlet and outlet fittings.

The modifications made to this cap has added to the cooling effect of the cap. The added water volume in the cap allows the engine to run cooler. The relocation of the inlet fitting to the center right above the collet end of the engine provides an even flow of water around the cylinder. The outlet fitting was relocated and angled to the top corner of the cap. This placement of the fitting eliminates the air bubble at the top of the cap where the "Stock" fittings are placed.

The cap is then etched with artwork that is designed in house, or we can etch the customers artwork into one of our caps to make it a true one of a kind water jacket. After all of the artwork is etched, the entire cap is highly polished to a mirror like shine.
